Philippe Coutinho has made it clear that Barcelona can’t decide his future and he’s keen to return to the Premier League as he’s close to move to Chelsea this summer, and how there is quite a lot of sense to it.
Meanwhile, Barcelona ready to get rid of him at any cost, and Chelsea are on the lookout for a big name to fill the Eden Hazard space in the team and on the promotional material around the club.
However, The latest whispers coming out of Spain are promising too – at least for those fans who do want him coming to Chelsea – by no means a majority at this point after a couple of bad years.
It seems the Brazilian’s relationship with Barcelona is worsening, as is evident from the quote in Don Balon today alleged to be from the player “Barcelona will not decide where I go.”
That’s in response to the rumours that PSG are interested. The former Liverpool man is apparently more keen on coming to the Premier League than going to Ligue 1.
What we would advise him is that beggars can’t be choosers – he’s lucky top sides are interested at all, frankly.
