According to reports, Atalanta BC wing-back Robin Gosens is reportedly on top of Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard’s transfer wishlist ahead of the next season.
However, Chelsea have been busy ahead of the summer transfer window by already securing the services of Timo Werner from RB Leipzig and Hakim Ziyech from Ajax.
According to German outlet Kicker, Gosens is next on the Blues radar after starring for high-scoring Serie A outfits in the Champions League and Serie A this season.
Versatile left-sided player Gosens has managed to found back of the net nine times and provided eight assists in the league alone in 2019-20.
The report indicates that Frank Lampard has identified the 26-year-old defender as a better option than Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell, who could cost around £68m almost three times more than Atalanta are after for Gosens.
