FINALLY: Chelsea agree deal to sign world-class star for £90m – total agreement in a few hours

According to BILD, Bayer Leverkusen and Chelsea have finally found a way of bridging the €20m gap between the €100m that Bayer were asking and the €80m that Chelsea were offering.

It’s come down to do separate add ons – €10m in “realistic” targets and €10m in other, presumably less easily achieved goals.
