Lukaku gives the only condition that can make him sign for Chelsea
Inter Milan striker, Romelu Lukaku has given a condition that can make him consider a move from Inter Milan to Chelsea or any other club.
According to the Daily Mail UK, Lukaku revealed that he would consider leaving San Siro if former Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte is no longer in charge of the Italian club.
The Belgium star has improved under Conter and continues to wax stronger this season.
He has enjoyed the best football of his career under the coaching of Conte and has formed a fine partnership with Lautaro Martinez for Inter.
Lukaku who is a former Chelsea and Manchester United player has been impressive at Inter Milan since signing them from Manchester United in 2019 in a £73m deal.
So far this season, he has scored 19 goals and created 8 goal assists. The Belgian is also the fastest player in Inter’s history to reach 50 goals in all competitions.
Chelsea alongside the likes of Real Madrid are on the lookout to sign Lukaku in the coming summer transfer window.
The Blues see him as a backup plan if they are unable to secure a contract deal with Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.
However, with Lukaku’s latest statement, the Blues should focus on another player.
