Chelsea ready to sell one Frank Lampard’s signings, as €80m agreement reached for Chelsea top transfer target
According to Italian media outlet Calciomercato, Chelsea are open to selling Hakim Ziyech this summer.
The Moroccan international joined Chelsea from Ajax last summer and was an important player for the Blues under former boss Frank Lampard.
However, he has dropped down the pecking order under current boss Thomas Tuchel and the Blues are now willing to sanction an exit for the winger.
Ziyech made 39 appearances across all competitions in the 2020-21 campaign but started just 15 Premier League games, with most of those starts coming under Lampard.
Serie A sides Napoli and AC Milan are interested in signing the fleet-footed winger. Spanish club Sevilla are also interested.
€80m agreement reached for Chelsea top transfer target
According to Todo Fichajes via CaughtOffside, Chelsea transfer target Saul Niguez is set to join German champions Bayern Munich.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed this week that Chelsea and Premier League rivals Manchester United are interested in the Atletico Madrid midfielder but it seems Bayern Munich have won the race to sign him.
The report claims that Bayern will pay €65M plus €15M add-ons to get the deal done, a total of €80M, which works out at roughly £68.7M.
The 26 year old midfielder is a key player for Atletico Madrid and made 33 league appearances as they won the La Liga this season.
