Harvey Gilmour, 15, is currently on the books of Scottish club Kilmarnock.
Harvey Gilmour has caught the attention of the Chelsea scouts while playing for the Kilmarnock youth team and it is believed he can become an even better player than Billy Gilmour.
Chelsea scouts have been tracking the ball-playing midfielder for more than a year.
