Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich finally reveals why he wants Hazard back at Stamford Bridge
According to latest reports, The Blues owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly keen on bringing back Eden Hazard to Chelsea after the Belgiam left the Blues for Real Madrid in the summer of 2019.
Hazard has struggled with injuries and form during his time at Real Madrid and is keen on leaving the Spanish side after losing his place in the first team.
According to Spanish outlet El Nacional, Abramovich wants Hazard back at Chelsea because he believes Hazard could rekindle his status as one of the best players in the world if he returns to Stamford Bridge.
While Abramovich is keen on bringing back Hazard to Stamford Bridge, the Blues have reportedly made it clear that the club won’t pay more than £34 million to re-sign the Belgian despite interest from mega-rich Premier League side Newcastle United.
