Chelsea confidently trash Juventus 4-0 at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night to secure qualification for the round of 16 of the Champions League.
Goals from Trevoh Chalobah, Reece James, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Timo Werner as the Blues dominated the Italian side at Stamford Bridge, with Juventus having just one shot on goal all game.
Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci has revealed why the Italian side lost heavily to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
He said: “We have tried to close down the spaces but against such strong teams you cannot give them anything for even a moment, otherwise they punish you.
“Chelsea have great players and a very good mentality. They caused us plenty of problems, we have to admit that and try to improve.”
