‘What we did wrong in the last 40minutes! Angry Tuchel reveals after heavy defeat to Brentford

Following the defeat, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel as break down the Brentford loss and has claimed the Blues players are mentally tired.
Meanwhile, Chelsea defender Toni Rudiger broke the deadlock for Chelsea early in the second half, scoring with a magnificent rocket from 35 yards.
But Vitaly Janelt equalised within a minute, followed by two further quick goals by Brentford.
Yoane Wissa hit the final nail into Chelsea’s coffin in the 87th minute.
Now, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel told Sky Sports after the Brentford defeat (4-1): “Maybe we thought it was already done and we got punished in 10 minutes,”
“In general we allowed too many shots and in general we lacked energy. We looked mentally tired which is normal after being around the world.
“After scoring we forgot we still had 40 minutes to play. I think it was deserved we took the lead. I did not have high expectations.
“We struggled and we found a way to be in the lead. We made life very complicated for ourselves because we stopped defending.
“It was very untypical from us and I don’t know why. It’s on us, it is our fault.”
