The summer transfer market has officially opened in England, which means Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel, and the new club owners will have a busy month ahead of them.
The Blues will have to move quickly to replace departed defenders, as well as fix a slew of other issues on the pitch, as well as replace any further players that leave during this window.

However, Bailey, who now writes for 90min, gave a whole hour of Chelsea transfer news ahead of the window opening up today, and he says that Kounde to Chelsea is “95% done.”
And claims The player wants to join Chelsea, even despite having interest from other top clubs.
