Harry Kane reacted to clash between Antonio Conte and Tuchel
Chelsea and Tottenham played to a 2-2 tie at Stamford Bridge, with the spectators experiencing the intensity of the emotion.
Following Tottenham’s initial equalizer, Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte got into an argument, and both received a yellow card.
Harry Kane equalized in the 96th minute after Reece James’ late goal for Chelsea.
After the full-time horn, the two managers shook hands before getting into another altercation, which led referee Anthony Taylor to show both managers a red card.
Reacting to the incident, Harry Kane told Sky Sports: “Obviously I’ve seen everyone gathering a the end, obviously disappointed to see the red card but I didn’t see what happened.
“Obviously an emotional game, London derby, passion from both sides, both teams wanted to win
Reece James told Match of the Day 2: “I think we should have won the game.
“There were two arguable goals for them. I think the referees and the fourth official need to look back on them. It’s frustrating for us when you deserve to win the game.
“I don’t know what they [the officials] were looking at, but we have to take the positives from the game. We were all over them throughout the game.
“I love scoring and I was in the right position. I just like helping the team as much as I can.”
