Absolutely class! Checkout what Tuchel did after Chelsea beat Weymouth 13-0
Chelsea defeated Weymouth FC 13-0 in a recent friendly clash aimed at keeping the players in shape.
The friendly was arranged to give play time to Chelsea’s fringe players and players short of fitness. It was however a strong Chelsea team that had the likes of Thiago Silva, Ben Chilwell and Callum Hudson-Odoi in it.
Michy Batshuayi netted five times and Ross Barkley grabbed a hat-trick, Hudson-Odoi got a brace, and there was also goals for Thiago Silva and Reece James.
After the game, the Weymouth’s players – the majority of whom are only semi-professional – looked shell-shocked and dejected but Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel gathered them together and spoke to them passionately after the game.

Weymouth boss Brian Stock was pleased with the touch of class from the Chelsea boss and revealed afterwards: “Thomas Tuchel came over and said some very nice words to us.”
He continued: “The whole experience has been brilliant and it’s something that I’m sure will live long in the memory of the players.
“We knew when we saw the starting line-up that there were going to be some internationals, but I didn’t know they were going to field a whole team of them!
“I’m pretty sure the majority of the players won’t play a team like that ever again in their lives – If they do, they’d have gone on to have a very good career!”
