Blues owner Todd Boehly ready to sell these 16 players this summer after latest decision

According to reports, As many as 16 players could be sold by Chelsea in the summer if they don’t sign new Chelsea contracts this summer.

However, According to The Telegraph, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly wants Chelsea players with contracts expiring in 2024 and 2025 to sign new long-term contracts with the club or risk being sold in the summer.

Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger left Chelsea last summer for Barcelona and Real Madrid as free agents and Boehly is keen on avoiding such scenarios in future.

As many as 16 Chelsea players have their contracts expiring in 2024 and 2025 and will be affected by the Boehly’s rule on contracts at the club.

Christian Pulisic (2024), Mateo Kovacic (2024), Callum Hudson-Odoi (2024), Mason Mount (2024), Cesar Azpilicueta (2024), Thiago Silva (2024), Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (2024) and Ruben Loftus-Cheek (2024).

Other players are Kalidou Koulibaly (2025), Kepa Arrizabalaga (2025), Ben Chilwell (2025), Kai Havertz (2025), Malang Sarr (2025), Hakim Ziyech (2025), Edouard Mendy (2025) and Conor Gallagher (2025).
