Chelsea have reportedly identified replacements for Willian if the Brazilian leaves the club on a free transfer next summer.
According to Daily Mail, the Blues have identified Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha and Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho as replacements for Willian should the Brazilian fail to agree a new contract with Chelsea.
Even though Willian recently claimed Chelsea are yet to offer him a new contract, the report claims Chelsea have offered Willian a new deal.
Willian’s preference for a two-year deal is reportedly proving to be a problem with the Blues reluctant to offer players aged 30 or over more than 12-month extensions.
Juventus and Barcelona are reportedly interested in Willian and will be able to approach the Brazilian in January.
Despite the uncertainty in his Chelsea future, Willian recently revealed he has no plans to speak to interested parties.
He said: “I don’t want to talk to (other clubs) because I have a contract until the end of the season. “I am a Chelsea player but I just want to say the club know what I want to do.”
