Well, Before the end of January transfer window, The Blues linked to secure the signing of Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele but failed after reports claims deal seems to be late and Chelsea are slow to make a bid for the French-man.
However, according to Caughtoffside, Premier League side Newcastle United will rival Chelsea for the transfer of Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele in the summer.
Dembele will be a free agent in the summer with his Barcelona contract set to expire at the end of the season.
Barcelona were keen on offloading the 24 year old France international during the January transfer window but no move failed to materialise for the winger.
Dembele joined Barcelona from German club Borussia Dortmund for €105million in the summer of 2017 but the winger has failed to live up to expectation in Spain so far.
