Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud will undergo a medical with Inter Milan this weekend after the Italian club reached an agreement with Chelsea, According to Sky Sport Italia via Daily Mail.
However, the 33 year old striker had already agreed personal terms with Antonio Conte’s side but the clubs were at odds over the fee for Giroud
The report claims Chelsea have agreed a £5.5 million deal with Inter Milan for the transfer of Giroud.
Giroud, whose Chelsea deal expires in the summer, had agreed a two-and-a-half-year contract.
The 33 year old forward has not featured for Chelsea since the end of November, with Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi ahead of him in pecking order.
Giroud joined Chelsea from Arsenal two years ago for £18 million and has scored 19 goals since joining Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Chelsea will be looking forward to sign a replacement for Oliver Giroud’s departure.
