Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud will undergo a medical with Inter Milan this weekend after the Italian club reached an agreement with Chelsea, According to Sky Sport Italia via Daily Mail.

The report claims Chelsea have agreed a £5.5 million deal with Inter Milan for the transfer of Giroud.

Giroud, whose Chelsea deal expires in the summer, had agreed a two-and-a-half-year contract.
