The Blues are really hunting to make some numerous signings now before the start of the season.
However, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has reportedly wants Declan Rice in his squad ahead of next season as the German keen to work with the West Ham midfielder.
Meanwhile, according to latest reports, Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia is reportedly willing to offer a Chelsea player plus cash to sign Declan Rice from West Ham.
Rice has three years left on his deal with West Ham and they have slapped a £100million valuation on the 22-year-old, effectively pricing every club out of a deal.
West Ham have previously shown an interest in signing Abraham and the Blues reportedly ready to offer the England striker in any deal for Rice.
It remains to be seen whether West Ham would be receptive to such an offer from Chelsea.
