According to reports in Turkey, Chelsea are in advanced negotiations with Turkish club Fenerbahce to sell Marco van Ginkel.
Fenerbahce have confirmed former PSV boss Phillip Cocu will be their new manager and Cocu has made signing Van Ginkel a top priority.
Cocu worked with Van Ginkel at PSV last season and the 25 year old was influential as PSV won the league, scoring 14 league goals.
Van Ginkel is under contract at Chelsea under 2020 but the Dutch midfielder is unlikely to have a future at Stamford Bridge.
