Chelsea-linked Coutinho set to join Arsenal on loan
According to L’Equipe, Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho will join Arsenal on loan before the transfer deadline.
Coutinho was linked with a move to Chelsea earlier by Spanish newspapers earlier.
The Brazilian was eyed as a perfect replacement for Eden Hazard.
However, if there was any actual interest in the attacking midfielder the transfer ban imposed on the club totally ruined our summer plans.
Chelsea failed to overturn the Fifa decision and will be ineligible to sign new players until summer 2020.
