Chelsea are allegedly contemplating whether to give the Croatian midfielder Mario Pasalic a chance in the senior team next season or move him on instead.
The 25-year-old star has yet to make a single competitive appearance for the west Londoners in six years with the club.
Mario has instead spent the past six campaigns out on loan with five different teams in five different countries, including the past two years with Atalanta BC.
However, the all-around midfielder’s spell in Italy is close to coming to an end and it is uncertain whether the Italians will take up the option to sign him outright.
According to a recent report by football london, the Blues board now face a decision as to whether to finally give Mario a chance to prove himself.
He is under contract at the Stamford Bridge outfit for another two years, having penned his latest contract extension last summer.
