Chelsea make Sensational €60 million offer to sign Brazilian attacker

A bid of €60 million (£51 million) has been made by CHELSEA for Pameiras and Brazilian sensation Estevao Willian.

Over the past two years, we have been the Premier League’s biggest and most contentious spenders. Since Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital acquired the team, the Blues have spent over £1 billion on players, the bulk of them are young players.

But the team has not been satisfied with the results, and there have been some whispers that Mauricio Pochettino is insisting that more players who are already well-established in the game be signed.

But the board being that board – and According to journalist Jorge Nicola, we are keen on landing the Brazilian youngster, dubbed Messinho (Little Messi) and have reportedly placed an offer worth a total of €60m (£51m/$63m) for the 16-year-old.

The report claims that Palmeiras may not accept the offer as they believe the player’s value could go up.

What has Pochettino said about the upcoming transfer window – Speaking to the media, Pochettino said [via The Standard]: “We can keep going in the same way with the policy [to sign young players].

“But in the squad, we have Thiago Silva, Raheem Sterling and Marcus Bettinelli. Maybe Marcus isn’t playing but he does a fantastic job helping the young guys.

“We have experienced players in the squad. It is not going against the project to have some players who are helping the young guys to perform, to be professional, and to understand what it means to be in the Premier League and to be at CHELSEA.

“We need to talk and decide the strategy for next season.”
