Chelsea will find it difficult to sign Dean Henderson from Manchester United in the summer, claims Football European expert Gabriele Marcotti.

There has been alot of transfer speculation in the media suggesting that Frank Lampard is keen to sign a new stopper in the summer transfer window as he has not been impressed by the performances of Kepa, who has struggled between the sticks.

And that has led to some speculation in the media suggesting that Chelsea are ready to make a move and try to bring in Henderson from United, as there is some talk in the media suggesting that he is still on a new deal at Old Trafford. But when asked between Henderson and another transfer target Victor Onana, Marcotti said a deal for the Ajax man would be easier to complete for the Blues.

“I think first of all let me say Kepa played the last few games, including the game against Everton in the league,” Marcotti told ESPN FC “It looks like the worst is over there in terms of the relationship between him and Lampard.

“And I think also from Chelsea’s perspective, I think they only give up on Kepa, if the relationship with Lampard is indeed healed and it looks that way, if they have a buyer. They’re not going to keep him on the bench. “I think it’s very hard because most top clubs aren’t looking for a goalkeeper right now.

“That said, if you had to pick between Henderson and Onana, I would lean Henderson
