Chelsea are still ‘weighing up’ whether to make an offer to sign Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey, according to Standard Sport.
Bailey took the Bundesliga by the scruff of it’s neck during his first ever season competing in one of Europe’s top five divisions. He’s considered one of the hottest prospects in the world.
Chelsea’s interest in signing him dates back to his time at Genk. It’s hard to imagine anyone at the club would have expected him to have such an impressive season last time around, however.
