Deal on: Chelsea to offer multiple players in a swap deal to sign £60m star

According to reports, Chelsea is now prepared to let go of several players in an effort to complete the signing of one this summer.

It is anticipated that the team may wish to let go of several first team players this summer in order to make room for new players.

They won’t necessarily need to raise money before June ends, but they will still want to turn a profit so they can invest heavily in one or more new signings.

According to sources, Michael Olise of Crystal Palace is currently their top target.

While there are a number of sides eager to secure his signature, the Blues took a decent step towards a deal yesterday when it emerged they had met the Premier League club to ask for talks.

It also was said that they were willing to pay the release clause of £60m in order to get the deal done.

Chelsea willing to offer players for Michael Olise
Now, the Mail Online have claimed that the Blues would also be willing to offer a number of fringe players if that is a method Palace would prefer.

Of the players Chelsea are reportedly looking to sell this summer, the likes of Armando Broja and Trevoh Chalobah feel as if they could be on the chopping block as of now.

However, there may be an appetite for Palace to ask for a more like-for-like replacement from Stamford Bridge, something Chelsea can offer in the form of either Noni Madueke or Omari Hutchinson.

The latter is likely to be sold this summer, while the former will be facing a tricky test for minutes if Olise joins despite the fact he enjoyed a very strong end to last season under former manager Mauricio Pochettino.

With how big wingers were during Enzo Maresca’s time at Leicester City, it is clear to see why they are prioritising this deal right now.
