“Don’t ruin him in that position” – Chelsea fans tells Pochettino to stop using Cole Palmer in this wrong position after Aston Villa draw
Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino yet again fielded Cole Palmer as a false nine, and it backfired.
Just like in the game against Middlesbrough at the Riverside, Palmer missed several scoring chances that would have been enough for Chelsea to beat Aston Villa.
Following another poor outing for Palmer as a striker, Chelsea fans have urged Blues boss Mauricio Pochettino not to make such a decision again.
Cole Palmer is a great Kid. But somehow he misses big chances in front of goal when he plays as a 9. He is a proper 10. Let him play there. We need to get a proper 9. And pls get rid of Mudryk. He is a waste. Even CHO or Puli was better than him. He is showing no improvement.

Cole Palmer is the worst of today’s game.. he showed today that he doesn’t have all it takes to get it done. He’s an incredible talent.. he plays well at no 10 but as false 9 hell no
