Fabrizio – Chelsea finally reach agreement with player’s contract extension despite interest from two clubs
According to latest reports, Christensen’s Chelsea contract was set to expire at the end of the season but the Denmark international has now reach an agreement with the club despite interest from two clubs.
However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed the Blues have reached an agreement with Andreas Christensen over extending his Chelsea contract.
Fabrizio Romano said: “Chelsea have an agreement in place with Andreas Christensen to extend his contract. Matter of time to sign paperworks, after final clauses to be fixed.
“Two clubs showed interest in Christensen in the last weeks – but no chance for talks as he’s set to sign the new deal.”
