‘Forget Lampard, I want to be the next permanent manager at Chelsea’ – Spanish man reveals

According to latest reports, Chelsea are in search of a new permanent manager after Graham was sacked by the Blues last Sunday following a dreadful run that saw Chelsea win just three games in 2023.

The Blues have contacted several managers about the managerial vacancy at the club with former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique and former Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann the favourites.

According to The Sun via Sky Sports, Enrique is ready to manage Chelsea after talks with chairman Todd Boehly on Wednesday in London.

The former Barcelona and Spain manager was in London on Wednesday to discuss his plans for Chelsea should he be hired as the club’s next manager.

With the search for the next manager still ongoing, Chelsea legend Frank Lampard is set to be appointed as interim manager until the end of the season.
