Chelsea Champions League winner linked with a Premier League return.

If you think back to Chelsea players of the past, it’s easy to forget that some of them are still donning their professional playing boots and doing their thing!

One great player who was adored at Chelsea despite many frustrating times was winger Salomon Kalou.

The now 34-year old left the club in 2012 after helping them win the Champions League, and has since been plying his trade in France with Lille, and then more recently with Hertha Berlin in Germany.

However, the Ivory Coast international has become the subject of interest from Premier League side West Ham, who have made an approach to sign him according to German publication Kicker, as cited by Get Football News Germany.

Kalou has made almost 150 appearances in the Bundesliga and has proven that he can still do the job.

Personally I loved the guy, and it would be great to see him back in English football for one last outing, no doubt he would get a great reception back at The Bridge.
