The Premier League has been suspended since early March, and the Premier League has been suspended football games until April 30 due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The coronavirus is still at its peak and it’s yet to be seen when the league will be reopened and this might even go on to affect the summer transfer window.

As football action remains suspended in the Premier League and the EFL, talks are ongoing to see the possibility of extending the summer transfer window to January next year.

The current system in Europe normally sees the summer transfer window open in July, but with football suspended in most countries, and clubs determined to finish up the season before the end of the year, things may be extended beyond ‘the normal’.
