Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is adamant his Chelsea team will not be without the services of star players Eden Hazard, Willian and Thibaut Courtois for next season.
The summer has been plagued with reports that Chelsea will lose a number of their stars including the trio, who have been linked with top clubs in Spain. Real Madrid continue to be linked with Hazard as they seek a replacement for the departed Cristiano Ronaldo, who moved to Juventus in a big money move a few weeks ago.
Hazard’s compatriot, Courtois, is also being linked with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer, with the goalkeeper seen as the perfect replacement option for Keylor Navas.
Willian continues to be linked with Barcelona and Sky Sports report the Blues have rejected three bids from La Liga for the Brazil star and are keen on holding on to him beyond this transfer window.
Those sentiments were confirmed by Sarri who revealed he remains in constant conversation with Willian, and does not expect he or the Belgian duo to depart the club this summer.
“I think that the press sell the players every single year. They buy players, they sell players. I hope the trio can stay because they are fantastic players, fantastic talents and we need the best players in Chelsea.
I speak to Willian almost every day, he loves to play for Chelsea. I think he’s going to stay.”
