There is no doubt that Chelsea target Kalidou Koulibaly is ready to play for manager Maurizio again at the Stamford Bridge.
Koulibaly gave the green light sign when he showered praise on the Italian boss for his abilities and his legacies at Napoli.
The star defender had worked under Sarri at Napoli and with interest from the Blues, he will not waste any time jumping at any offer placed on the table for him.
Koulibaly will always remember Napoli’s second place finish in the Serie A last season with the Sarri style of play which helped changed his perception about football.
In an interview with Football Italia, Koulibaly stated that the styles of former managers Rafa Benitez and Carlo Ancelotti share a bit of similarity but he noted a lot of difference while he played under the current Chelsea boss at Napoli.
According to him, Sarri has got different philosophies and places more emphasis on tactics which are usually planned with conscious efforts.
However, Chelsea are seeking to strengthen their defence line with the Italian manager already expressing dissatisfaction with the performance of the defenders.
The Senegalese international has been identified as a good fit for the West London side having had a good relationship with the boss over the years.
