Chelsea defender Thiago Silva reveals he has asked this World Cup winner to join Chelsea this summer
However, Thiago Silva reveals he asked Paulo Dybala to join the Blues when he bumped into him at the British Grand Prix.
Silva, 38, stopped for a chat in the paddock and revealed Dybala responded to his transfer plea.
The defender told Sky Sports: “I saw Paulo Dybala here, they talk about him at Chelsea. I hope he arrives.
“I’ve talked with him and asked him if he is coming, he answered me, but I can’t say what he told me.”
Reports in Italy this week claimed Chelsea were considering a move for Dybala, who scored 18 goals in his debut season at Roma after joining last summer.
Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly a fan of Dybala who has a £10million release clause in his Roma contract.
