Chelsea target Alisson Becker is a Liverpool player. It’s a done deal.
With Thibaut Courtois nearing the exit door, Chelsea will have been scrambling to find a replacement of adequate quality.
Alisson is one of few in the world who is capable of filling Courtois’ gloves, and as a result was heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
The Brazilian is as good with his feet as he is with his hands. He would have been perfect for Maurizio Sarri.
Unfortunately for us, signing him is now off the table. He’s signed a long-term contract with Liverpool.
As per reports, the move makes him the most expensive goalkeeper of all-time. Chelsea may well have to break that record again this summer.

Options are now scarce, we’ve even been linked with club legend Petr Cech. We love Petr, but that reeks of desperation.
If Courtois does leave, Chelsea have little time left to identify a replacement and get the deal over the line. We have to move fast.
