Chelsea winning the Champions league this season has been the talked of the town and lots of managers in the world are supporting Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante to win the Ballon d’Or award after his stunning performances.
However, N’Golo Kante might be in the running to win the Ballon d’Or award later this year and former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho would love him to get it.
On Instagram, BleacherReport shared an image of Kante holding the Ballon d’Or and it caught Mourinho’s attention.
He just put a ‘❤️’ in the comments – making a public comment about how much he’d love it for the Frenchman to win the award.
The Ballon d’Or was postponed last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic but is scheduled to be handed out at the end of this year.
After having already played a huge role in Chelsea’s Champions League success, Kante can further improve his chances of winning the trophy if he helps France win the Euro 2020 as well.
