Eden Hazard reportedly wants to make a return to Chelsea this summer after struggling with injuries and form since his move to Real Madrid.
Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is keen on stopping that from happening.
According to Deportes Cuatro in Spain, Mourinho is plotting an audacious swoop for Hazard this summer.
Mourinho wants 30 year old Hazard to become one of his first signings as Roma boss.
Hazard previously spoke about how much he enjoyed working under Mourinho with Chelsea, so a move to Roma may appeal to him.
“If they asked me now about a coach with whom I would like to work again, I would say Mourinho,” he said in 2018.
“I do not usually regret things, but one of the things that I do is not having been able to work with Mourinho at Chelsea anymore.”
Player ready to join Chelsea after bad offer from Munich
Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman is reportedly to join Chelsea this summer.
That’s according to Fussball Transfers (via CaughtOffside), who claim Coman has been left disappointed with Bayern Munich’s previous contract offers.
Coman’s current contract expires in 2023 and he is yet to reach an agreement with Bayern Munich over a new contract.
Coman has reportedly asked his agent, Pini Zahavi who has close ties with Chelsea, to get him a move to an English club.
Coman, who has been with Bayern Munich since 2015, has featured in 200 matches, in all competitions and directly contributed to 91 goals along the way.
