The form of Chelsea left-back Emerson Palmieri has been below par in recent times, which have caused Blues boss Frank Lampard to play right-back Cesar Azpilicueta in a left-back role.
Emerson seems to have now lost favour under Lampard and could be set for a January exit.
According to reports, Inter Milan are ready to make an offer for the Italy international defender.
According to reports from the Independent, Inter Milan appear to be the front-runners to sign the former Roma full-back, but Lampard will only sell if he signs a new left-back in January.
The Independent also claim that Juventus have shown an interest in the 25-year-old.
Emerson has struggled to stake a claim to a regular Chelsea shirt under Maurizio Sarri and now Frank Lampard. The 25-year-old joined Chelsea on a four-and-a-half-year contract in January 2018.
The left-back position is a key area that Lampard is keen to strengthen with both Marcos Alonso and Emerson struggling to perform consistently.
