Brazilian star Kenedy unlikely to stay at Chelsea beyond summer

Chelsea attacker Kenedy is reportedly looking to depart the club before the transfer deadline closes across the rest of Europe.

Although Premier League sides can no longer make acquisitions until January, they can still sell stars, and Kenedy seems a name likely to make his way out of Chelsea in the near future.

It remains to be seen if there are many suitors in for him, but Goal claim the Brazilian star wants out of Chelsea as he has major doubts about his playing time prospects at the club this campaign.

The 23-year-old attacker has struggled to make an impression during his time in England thus far, and he does not appear to have done enough to win against new manager Frank Lampard.

The report from Goal also claims Kenedy’s prospects will only be hampered even further by the return of the English sensation Callum Hudson-Odoi from injury soon.

Chelsea also brought in Christian Pulisic in the summer, adding to the likes of Willian and Pedro up front to block Kenedy’s route into the first eleven.
