The American captain and Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic has missed the last few games for the Blues due to injury and according to Chelsea boss Frank Lampard, the American international won’t be back in the squad this month.
Pulisic hasn’t featured since New Year’s Day after he injured himself in training ahead of the FA Cup third round win against Nottingham Forest and Lampard has confirmed he will be out for a few weeks.
Following Chelsea’s 2-2 draw against Arsenal on Tuesday night, Lampard gave an update on Pulisic:
“It will probably be the other end of the February break but he is getting better and he is not that far away.”
Pulisic has made 16 Premier League appearances for Chelsea this season, scoring 5 goals.
