Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham missed the 2-2 draw against Bournemouth on Saturday due to an ankle injury he has struggled with since the 2-2 draw against Arsenal in January at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea sent Tammy Abraham to Spain to see an ankle specialist amid concerns over his ankle injury and while there is positive news on his ankle injury.
Abraham is out for a couple of days after picking up a bug.
“He went to Barcelona to get another set of eyes on it, and has come back relatively positive,” said Lampard.
“Unfortunately he’s unwell at the moment, he’s off for a couple of days with a bit of a bug, so no update.”
When asked if he had any idea when he’ll be back, Lampard replied: “No.”
