Kai Havertz recently joined Chelsea from Bayer Leverkusen, making him their sixth signing of the transfer window in the process.
According to German media outlet Bild via Daily Express, Chelsea star Mason Mount is unhappy with the signing of Havertz because his place in the team is now under serious threat.
While Havertz is capable of playing on the wing and in a ‘False Nine’ role, he’s at his best when deployed in an attacking midfield position, the same position Mount plays.
Havertz scored 12 goals and registered six assists for Leverkusen last season in the Bundesliga while Mount scored seven goals and provided five assists in the Premier League for the Blues last season.
