The Blues 1-0 loss to West Ham now means they’re without a win in three games across all competitions and their previous run of six league wins seems far away indeed.

It’s the first time they’ve failed to score since their 1-0 defeat to Valencia on September 17 and fans have noticed the drop in form.

One player who supporters have seen take a dip is Mason Mount, who lost possession 17 times on Saturday, according to SofaScore.

He’s been a Frank Lampard favourite since their time at Derby together where the manager started him in 38 games of the season last term.

Meanwhile, at Chelsea, Lampard has started him in all but one of the Premier League games so far this season. It’s not clear how long he should keep believing in him though.

Fans appear to now be questioning the manager’s loyalty to the 20-year-old after the disappointing display yesterday, and many took to Twitter to slam the manager for continuing to start him.
