Chelsea starlet Tariq Lamptey has completed a move to Brighton as both clubs have confirmed it’s official on Chelsea website.
However, the 19-year-old played three times for Chelsea this season, making his debut as a second-half substitute at the Emirates when we beat Arsenal 2-1 in December.
Lamptey signed for the Blues at the age of eight and progressed through the Academy ranks as a diminutive, pacey wide player who can operate in either a defensive or attacking role on the right flank.
The full-back was also involved in the Nottingham Forest and Hull City wins.
According to Transfermarkt, Albion have paid around €3.3m for the 19-year-old.
His contract with the Seagulls will run until the summer of 2023.
We wish you good luck for the Future.
