Hudson-Odoi has completed his recovery from coronavirus fully, according to a report from Chelsea official website.
The youngster is apparently “feeling fine and back to his usual self” after his self-isolation period.
The winger was the first and so far only Chelsea player to test positive, among the first in the whole league to confirm their infection, before everything was shut down.
Once it was found that he had been infected, the rest of the team were sent to isolation, and the men’s training facility closed.
But in the same announcement from the club it’s confirmed that the building is open for anyone not self-isolating, following a deep clean.
Hudson-Odoi was on the verge of a return from a frustrating hamstring injury, and while the end of the season being pushed back has cost him an immediate return, his recovery now may mean he’s in line to be fully firing when the league resumes.
