Personal terms agreed as another Chelsea star on his way to leave club – Fabrizio Romano confirms

According to latest reports, Armando Broja, a striker for Chelsea, has returned to England following Chelsea’s preseason tour of the United States, according to reports from Adam Newson and Fabrizio Romano.

According to reports, the Hammers have made Chelsea a £30 million bid for Broja, which includes a £25 million down payment and an additional £5 million in bonuses.

However, Chelsea was just interested in a loan agreement, but it appears that Broja wants to leave the team permanently.

“Armando Broja will clarify his future very soon. West Ham are really close to reaching an agreement with Broja on personal terms, talks ongoing with Chelsea.

“There are many clubs interested – Chelsea, on it. Broja’s on his way back to England as Adam Newson reports.”

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel had ruled out a permanent sale, and has told Broja to prove himself in pre-season. However, that may not be the case anymore.

“Armando is our player first of all and we have, at the moment, no interest in selling him,” Tuchel told reporters about Broja.

“He is here to make an impression after he was on loan in Southampton.

“That’s his situation from where we look up front. It’s good if there’s interest as it shows us there’s talent and potential. It shows us that he is in the position to impress and become a Chelsea player.

“When will he become a Chelsea player? No one knows but hopefully as soon as possible.”

Romano has now updated that Broja has agreed personal terms with the Hammers, and it’s now up to Chelsea to agree for a sale.
