Incoming Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has reportedly been promised that he will be given some funds this transfer window to add players that he needs to be a success.

It has been reported this week that Ngolo Kante has now left the club for a big money move to Saudi Arabian football – where Al-Ittihad have won the race to nail down his signature.
Relevo reports that Chelsea are in the race to sign Veiga from Celta Vigo but they are facing strong competition from Liverpool.
However, the report claims that Pochettino has personally taken steps to convince Veiga to move to Stamford Bridge as he has contacted the midfielder’s representatives to make Chelsea’s interest known.
