Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly weighing up a summer swoop for AC Milan and Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma. The 21-year-old Gianluigi has been in impressive form during the 2019-20 season, keeping 10 clean sheets in 24 Serie A games for Milan.
The Italy international has still not penned a new deal at San Siro, though, and will see his current deal expire at the end of the 2020-21 season.
Chelsea have allegedly pinpointed Donnarumma as a potential replacement for Spain international Kepa Arrizabalaga, who has struggled to impress since his big-money transfer from La Liga outfit Athletic Bilbao.
However, according to a recent report by a French outlet Le 10 Sport, PSG are also considering a summer approach, with they believing that a bid in the region of €25 million (£23m) might be enough to open contract negotiations.
Italy international made his Serie A debut at the age of 16 years and 242 days.
In other news, Barcelona will reportedly allow playmaker Philippe Coutinho to return to the PL on loan this summer. The 27-year-old star joined the Catalan giants from Liverpool for £142 million in January 2018 but has endured an underwhelming time at Blaugrana since his arrival.
Coutinho has spent this season on loan at German giants Bayern Munich, where he has registered eight goals and six assists in 22 league appearances.
Frank Lampard’s Chelsea have recently been touted with an interest in the attacker, and according to Sport, Blaugrana have given Coutinho the green light to sign for a club in England’s top flight.
