Red Devils give Chelsea green light to sign £100M star Poch 1 million per cent wants

Manchester United have pulled out of the race to sign Tottenham striker Harry Kane – which will be a massive boost for Chelsea.

The Tottenham striker is one of the best in the world – and it is widely believed that this will be his last season at Spurs as he strives to challenge for titles, and maybe win a few before he hangs up his boots.

There has been some links to Manchester United in recent weeks – but recent reports has tipped the Englishman to make the move to Chelsea, where he would be linking up with former boss Mauricio Pochettino.

But now The Guardian report that Man United have made the decision to pull out of the race for Harry Kane.

The report claims Erik Ten Hag is ‘disappointed’ over the club’s inability to bring in his top target but understands United’s position, aware the club cannot overpay for the 29-year-old who is the final year of his contract in north London.

However – they also claim Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is determined to keep Kane at the club with hope he will still sign a new deal in the coming 12 months and will not entertain the idea of selling him to a direct rival.

Amid all the speculation that the former Spurs coach is interested in taking Kane to Stamford Bridge – Reporter Iomie Stanley has claimed that Pochettino would want Harry Kane at Chelsea for next season.

Stanley said: “ Mauricio Pochettino would want Harry Kane. He helped mould the Englishman into the striker that he is today.

CHELSEA have the money to pay Daniel Levy the money that he desires – but we simply cannot see Kane making that decision because he is a proper Spurs boy.

‘It will be interesting to see just where the striker ends up in the summer – but we simply cannot see the England striker making the move to Chelsea to link up with Pochettino.

‘But we fully believe that Pochettino 1 million per cent will try to get Ted Boehly to make a move for the forward – he has too.

‘Chelsea need a striker like Kane – The Spurs man will have more chances to win trophies with the Blues, depsite their poor season this campaign – it is a move that Kane will seriously consider.

‘Levy will be a big issues in this deal – this will be talked about all transfer season we are sure.’
