Report: 2 Chelsea wingers could be sold as Blues ready to land €65m-rated Bundesliga star
According to reports, Chelsea have been linked with a move for Bayern Munich star Kingsley Coman, and reports suggest that the Bayern winger is interested in a move to Stamford Bridge.
Just two years ago, Bayern were heavily interested in Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, but the Blues rejected three bids for the young winger at the time.
Hudson-Odoi brought a spark to the Chelsea team under the reign of Maurizio Sarri, but he didn’t find the amount of game time he needed and Bayern were willing to give him that as well as the No. 10 jersey.
Chelsea eventually convinced Hudson-Odoi to remain at the club, and he ended up signing a five year bumper deal.
A long-term injury back in 2019 didn’t do Hudson-Odoi a world of good, and he is yet to reach those heights that saw him get an England call-up as a teenager.
Reports from Germany claim that Chelsea are exploring the possibility of signing Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman. The 25-year-old has two years left in his deal and Bayern are open to letting him go in a swap deal that will include Hudson-Odoi.
German media outlet L’Equipe claim Chelsea are willing to include Hudson-Odoi in a deal to sign Coman, as he’d have only one year left next summer.
However, it has also been claimed that Thomas Tuchel may be open to letting Hakim Ziyech leave this summer, after last season’s up and down display.
