Report: £68m-rated agent star travels to England to hold talks with Marina

However, according to TribalFootball, Porto’s Colombia star Luis Diaz is a target for Tottenham and Chelsea.
The left winger finished joint top scorer at last month’s Copa America, alongside Argentina’s Lionel Messi, with four goals.
The report claims the winger’s advisers have travelled to England to hold talks with the Chelsea board over a transfer.
Diaz is under contract with Porto until 2024, and has a £68million release clause.
